Mesita is project management for the way people actually work now — part of it by hand, part of it by asking an AI to do the busywork.
Task tools were designed for clicking. You drag a card, open a menu, set a date, repeat — a hundred small actions to keep a project tidy. Meanwhile, most people now have a capable assistant sitting in another tab: ChatGPT or Claude. The obvious question was why those two worlds don't talk.
So we built Mesita as a clean, fast, Trello-style board with one difference baked in from day one: a real connection your AI can use. Everything you can do by clicking, your assistant can do for you — create boards, add cards, set dates, move things to done — from a plain-English request.
