Make as many boards, cards, and AI requests as your work actually needs. There are sensible limits in place to stop abuse and runaway automation — but if you're a person or a team using Mesita the normal way, you'll never bump into them.

No. If you can use Trello and chat with ChatGPT, you have every skill you need. Connecting your AI is a single copy-and-paste — nothing to install or configure.
Mesita gives your AI a safe, official connection. You paste one link into ChatGPT or Claude, and from then on it can create cards, move tasks, and tidy up — but only on the boards you've connected, and only when you ask.
Always. Mesita is a full board on its own. The AI is an optional helper — do it by hand, let your AI do it, or mix both. Changes from either appear instantly.
Boards are private by default. A board is only visible to others if you publish a share link. Sign-in uses a secure magic link, so there's no password to leak.

Nothing while we're in beta. Everything is free and unlimited for normal use — we only enforce sensible limits to prevent abuse. Paid plans will come later, and we'll give plenty of notice before anything changes.
